We have thought about this long and hard, we know there has been a lot of discussion about the pay and conditions of some staff, but Amazon is also a platform for a lot of small businesses, so we thought it'd be worth putting it on here for that reason.

How do I earn points?
Every £1.00 you spend gives you one (1) point.
Do I have to spend £100 in one order?
No, you can build up points over time. We'll let you know when you've reached 100 points and offer you your credit and voucher.
But you can also take advantage of our subscription service. Simply buy a subscription pack and you'll be able to claim your rewards straight away!
Do I have to use my credit or voucher straight away?
No, you can save up your credit and vouchers to redeem at any time, so if you want you can save up your vouchers over a year or two and use them at an important time. Just reply to our email when you get it and let us know you wish to save them for future use.
What if I lose my voucher(s)?
If we can re-issue you with your voucher we will do, but that isn't possible with some of them, please make sure you keep your voucher safe, if you have an second email address that you use, we would recommend forwarding a copy to that as a backup
What kind of prints/paper can I use my credit for?
Any paper, any size. you can use it for anything in our store to the value of it.
When does my credit expire?
when you use it, there's no time limit.
How do I claim my credit?
Simply place an order, in the 'Customer Notes' just let us know you'd like to use your credit and after you've paid we'll refund the credit amount to you straight away. We are working on an account system that will make this process easier.
Does it cover postage or delivery costs?
No, it only covers the cost of printed items, if a delivery charge is applicable, it will still have to be paid.
Is there a minimum spend?
No, you can use the credit for as many or as little items as you wish
