Dear Friends
As you may or may not know, I recently got my company's VAT registration approved which makes me very happy.
I've been waiting for this to materialise for the best part of 18 months, it has been very stressful having to try and jump through various hoops only to be pushed back and many of you have helped me out financially throughout this period and for that I am eternally grateful as I simply wouldn't have made it to this point. I know I owe some of you reading this, please keep reading as
Student work has pretty much dried up completely, due to the break in printed submission during and just after Covid there's been a whole generation of students who don't know about me now that uni's are heading back to printed submission (and not all are but that's always been expected), in addition I stopped marketing to business clients as I found out many of them simply won't want to use me if they can't claim back the VAT, some will but doing the same marketing run twice is no good for one's sanity either!
Some private clients have also either moved, retired, gone out of business for whatever other reason, I will happily admit that at times I have also not helped myself, I've had a few personal problems over the past few years, it's taken me longer to get over them than I thought I would and they affected me more than I thought they did, so it's all added up.
However, I'm here now and I shall now spend this summer kicking the fuck out of marketing my business, I have a list of approximately 7,000 potential clients in London alone that I have collected myself (no ai tools or anything), so I will be emailing them, I will be sending them samples, I will be phoning them, I will be visiting them with samples, Plus there are probably an equal number of clients out there who I haven't put on my list who will need the same treatment, I will also be marketing again to students, just not ALL the uni's this time as that's what's spread me too thin in the past, I have previously said it'd die down but at the end of the day it's a good source of income and it's a good feeling helping others progress in their careers.
So, with that in mind, I am here to ask you for a little help so that I can make the most of this shot that I have been given seemingly against the odds.
